Evening, The Pipeline has now been updated (at the top of the thread). We also have another c. £14m of loans we are considering, however for the time being we have slowed down the deal flow slightly whilst the SM just settles down a little during this recent period (which I believe we are gradually starting to come out of now). Kind regards, Ed Really glad you are doing that Ed, thumbs up ! A few of us have loans that are stuck on the SM and not moving. The extra time given would really help everyone out.

Disagree. If you invest you should be prepared to see the loan out to term, not expect some one else to pick up what you're not prepared to see to term. I notice that there is little available on the PM. I have strict rules on diversification and have cash waiting but I am waiting for more new loans and will not invest in what's currently available.

Yes, as many people have already said, there is a lot of new money sitting waiting for an ISA .. outside of that, many people are probably near their limit .. either by platform, or by 'same old borrowers', and some are just keeping their cash warm waiting for ANY suitable P2P ISA (putting cash into MT, or anywhere else, with poor (current) liquidity is not an option when I might need it for an MT (or L, or whatever) ISA next week.)

I don't have a problem holding to term but this is the value of still receiving interest while your loans are on the SM. In a perfect world, l'd prefer to have my older loans cleared and reinvest in the upcoming ones. If that doesn't happen its fine.

I like MT so much that I'm already over invested 4x on individual loans compared to other platforms but I can't go any more than that, sorry. Hope we're not going to have to wait too long. I was hoping at least one would be announced today.

Dear All,
Just to let you know that we are still waiting to hear from the solicitors and there is no further update on this at the moment.
Kind regards, LucyThing

I'm not surprised some investors are almost foaming at the mouth at the prospect of these new 13% loans on MT.
13% and MT feels like the perfect combination of rate and platform.

It does, of course, depend on how they stack up. I have some cash available but am certainly not "almost foaming at the mouth"

I presently have a hosepipe directed at my pocket, otherwise it would be very painful
