WRT the latest (delayed) new loan (not allowed to post in that thread .. here : p2pindependentforum.com/post/163934) .. thanks MoneyThing for at least updating us in reasonably good time (we know 'stuff happens' (or fails to)). Cerain others could well look and learn. /pedant hat on isn't revert back' somewhat tautological? .. can you revert someplace other than back?? 8>. /pendant hay off Is it possible to be 'somewhat' tautological?

Some of the sponsors on TC used to say "I'll revert back when we get more information". I used to imagine that they'd get a phone call and then instantly turn in to a tadpole. The human mind is a weird and wonderful thing !

Oh Rabbits! I was expecting it to be almost empty, particularly in the light of the Sophie arcticle that appeared earlier today, but youve found something in the hat after all.

Yes...I need to have a word with MrsThing about that... Based on my (limited) experience of journalists I will assume she was misquoted, mis-attributed, and possibly not even present for the interview in question. 8>. (How come you let her take the flack anyway?) (How come she let you let her??)

Minor amendment of the pipeline - the M***** H*** max LTV is 59.5% as it's always been, not 69.5% as was initially posted. Entirely my mistake, I gave Ed the wrong number.

73) £745,000 Property Development Loan (546 housing units for student/young professionals close to Bradford City Centre). 50% LTV (shared 1st charge with TC). 2 year term. 11% to lenders. Due to launch middle of next week. [Update 01/02/2017] – Very likely to drawdown tomorrow (2nd).
Looking hard in the 'Pending Loans' section and all I see is AE loans. Am I missing something* MoneyThing*not first time and won't be the last time

Yes accept and understand that, just trying to get a rough timescale to source 'suitable' funds, i.e with the usual 24 hours notice are we looking before or after the weekend or come to that during the w/e? Makes a difference to what gets put up for sale and on what platform .....

Not quite sure on the bid limit yet or whether we try a lower limit per 24hrs or a higher one for one 24hrs. Regards, Ed

Regards, Ed As it's a good size loan but still likely to be rather popular, how about experimenting with a lower bid limit (perhaps allow for the total number of "active" MT lenders that have bid more than £XXX in the last month?) so there's less nervousness about missing out in a 4pm rush. Then set a second 24-hour bid limit so that whatever is left can be shared amongst those wanting some more.
