Why do Tranche B's always move so much faster then Tranche A I know the rate offered is a little higher but the security is less. I would personally prefer a % less a year to be in Tranche A then get the little bit more in Tranche B

I would personally prefer a % less a year to be in Tranche A then get the little bit more in Tranche B I wondered that too, the Barking Tranche B (8%) disappeared quickly yesterday. The Residential Conversion, South Kensington (1st 12 month tranche) appeals to me more despite being 6%, Lendinvest Capital will repay all investors next February then re-list the loan so for me 6% on a Tranche A with Lendinvest repaying is more desirable than a Tranche B 8% with a borrower repaying.

A few times B's have been up and vanished completely and the A's have barely moved I usally prefer to take a bit less for 1st charge
