If you do a lot of aftermarket transactions on Mintos, buying and or selling loan parts at a loss or discount, here is what you get on the report
2015-09-21 29.7 Investment share buyer pays to a seller with a discount. Share amount: 30.00. Loan ID:12245 2015-09-22 8.03 Investment share buyer pays to a seller with a premium. Share amount: 7.95. Loan ID: 12346 2015-09-22 -19.1 Investment share buyer pays to a seller with a premium. Share amount: 19.00. Loan ID: 12347
Well good luck to anyone working these out over a large number of transactions.
In the example above I think line 1 is I sold at a loss of 0.30 the second is I sold for a gain of 0.08 the third is I bought at a loss of 0.10
I've been trying to create a forumula to locate ". Loan ID" in the string, pick up the 6 characters to the left and then subtract from abs(amount) and so on but it's not easy.
Come on Mintos, please do better.

I would like that a document with earned interest, losses, etc could be generated (once a year?) for tax purposes.
This would be ideal.

The interest earned is available as a report, and you select your own dates (using the account statement tabe), but Mintos haven't yet thought through reporting all elements needed for a tax declaration. It gets complicated, in the UK I think you also need to sort the loans and interest by country. It's just a bit of work they need to do. I actually think I have finally created my spreadsheet report on cap gains losses - I just sent it to Minto to be sure I have understood the original report properly, if it's ok I'll upload it here for others to use.
