£400k with a target of £450k at 7Am on Thursday. Will be interesting to see whether end of month/start of moth pay days make a difference.
The MoneyThing loans have gradually progressed and the two AE loans have now filled. Still lots of FP removals loan capacity there so there may now be a bit less competition for the money.

There should be >£1m of SS monthly interest looking for a new home on Sunday / Monday; I imagine some of it will find its way into this loan.

I doubt that Ablrate has many moths as lenders - none on this board. Delicious, though.

[Mod hat off]
I've been pleasantly surprised by the loans that Ablrate have brought forward recently. I feared a while back that the platform was trending towards the lower rate (8/9/10%) loans that others are pumping out all too regularly now. However the last few have been of a good size, with decent-looking asset security (and not just yet another commercial shed!) at fair rate. Long may this continue, as I've scope to at least quadruple my Ablrate stake before it reaches the level of my SS / FS / AC / MT holdings.

I agree and share your wish that Ablrate should prosper with these types of loan. What worries me is whether Able rate will gain sufficient volume to make the venture profitable. We need the new loans which are dangled before us.

£493k at about 3:30PM on Monday 2 May so I suppose that today or tomorrow will be the last day. That'd be half a million raised in a bit over a week. Pretty good going.
