As there's username, password and PIN all on the log-in page Chrome won't store them to save typing in each time. Just username and password would be better and the PIN on the next page.
All the other sites I use just have username/password on the front page with further security on the next.
As for the PIN, there is no number lock on a tablet, so assuming it's 11111, I have to click on the first space, change keyboard to numbers, enter 1, click on the second space, change keyboard to numbers, enter 1 etc.etc.
So 15 actions just to enter the PIN, along with an upper case/lower case password which Chrome saves for the ten other P2P sites I use.

Have you tried using something like LastPass? If you install their Chrome plugin, you can fill the Landbay log in form then go to LastPass Icon -> Tools -> Save All Entered Data. When you then use the Autofill function it should fill all of the fields including the PIN.
EDIT: Just tried this and it works fine for the e-mail address and password but doesn't fill out the PIN field properly.

I managed to automatically fill the whole login page using KeePass and the KeeFox Firefox extension. Depending on what OS your tablet is running you could try using KeePass2Android or MiniKeePass. Bit of a faff but might be worth it if the login is giving you trouble.
Alternatively, LastPass for Chrome should be sufficient to autofill the username and password fields, leaving you only the PIN to enter manually.

Thanks for your help.
All my P2P sites work fine with LastPass, except for Landbay. Can't even get just email and password.
Will have a go with Keefox.

Hi ogwellian, Thank you for raising this. We have passed it on to our tech team who are looking into it. Best wishes, Landbay
