Guys its ok, Christmas is to blame. If it wasn't for that we would have some movement. Don't worry, we can expect stuff to happen in the New Year.

I have found one tangible sign of progress here actually. There is an updated social housing programme for NI easily googleable by using the name of the S***d road property.
On the list is 128-136 S***d road, Londonderry, last update "Units reduced from 35 to 26; scheme type changed from NB to CD&B", updated 18th May 2018.
Ok, it's out of date, but at least it's on the list.
Also googleable is a brand new (unrelated) £3.6m housing scheme definitely going ahead as of October 2018 on the same road, which has to be good news for the general viability of selling on this particular adjacent property.

I take it you're requesting a BS update because you want to complain firstly about its absence, and secondly its content?

after 900+ days on these loans and so many updates of progress what else can you expect. they might default these loans then we will know where we stand instead of repeating progress is being made for another few years.

As FS state in their last update that they would post an update re progress on a somewhat distressed and overdue loan when the lawyers return from their New Year break I do wonder how long lawyers have for a break in Northern Ireland as there is still no update. I assume we can believe what FS say when they say the update will be published when the lawyers return to work!!! Can I assume that these lawyers in Northern Ireland have a break that lasts a minimum of 4 weeks over the Christmas and New Year period - When do these lawyers actually return to work in Northern Ireland following the New Year break?
Opps sorry. FS don't give a timescale other than when lawyers return to work so perhaps the update is going to be June or July - or even in late December as they will still be able to claim they are complying with the standard they have set themselves!!!!
What an incompetent shower FS are. But I would like a job in the lawyers offices as the holidays they have are something I can only dream of.

Chat 22-Jan-19:
B****h Road, Londonderry (7928207063)
The update on 13-Nov-18 states that "The HA has confirmed their intention to refinance - subject to the due diligence" Please can you say if you have seen written evidence of this commitment by the HA or if this is simply a restatement of an assertion by the borrower?
Good morning, we have sight of confirmation from the Housing Association.

Now getting close to 1000 days on what was supposed to be a six month loan and the latest update suggests we are really no nearer getting paid than we were two years ago.

fundingsecure you advised us of a planned meeting with your lawyer regarding these loans on the 20th February. Surely there must be something tangible you can update us on a month later?

Well, an early happy birthday to this 180 day loan as it hits the magic 1000 days old tomorrow.
An update was promised for today, can't wait.

exactly - also I have read that because Stormont is not sitting there is no housing minister which makes the situation even worse!

I note a new, or at least now explicit, FS policy whereby if receivers are appointed but full recovery is still anticipated then the relevant loan is not defaulted. fundingsecure am I to take it therefore that the (circa 1050 day old) Londonderry loans, which have had receivers appointed but are not defaulted, are expected to recover each investor's capital and interest in full? #QTWTAIN
