I have done today MINTOS registration and has not been asked for any identification card or proof of residence uploading, only my name, age, residence and number of identity card. It is the first time that happens to me to register on a platform and no pdf doc uploading, so I wonder if I have not done properly and I need to upload these documents or send email to customer service.

Passport or ID card scan is required for withdrawals. If you like, you can upload the documents right away: login to your account and go to Deposit/Withdraw -> Withdraw.

I've opened an account, transferred a small amount. uploaded docs, got verified, requested a small withdrawal to make sure their have my right bank details.
Since then I've been waiting for the money or someone from Mintos to ask me to confirm my bank account details. How long does it take for a withdrawal request to be acted upon?

sb: normally it is processed the same day (depending on when you requested your withdrawal), or the next business day latest
