That email seems to missing one important number... Out of interest, which number? I'm guessing the missing number is the potential penalty interest rate. The only think we know is that they are discussing that point with the borrower.

Nothing in my inbox what did I miss? Hi All We sent out an email last night on 532. If you are in it and missing the mail please do contact info(at)ablrate.com and we will look into it and get the mail out to you. Just for information, we use a third party gateway for all emails (both system and individual) which allows us to track those mails and also gives a higher delivery rate against emails that would be sent straight from the server, however, there has historically been times when certain ISPs don't play well. We have had issues with talktalk, and blueyonder but after reporting it usually resolves, but a very small number of cases we still get delivery issues, so please do let us know as it gives us a heads up to have the provider fix it quickly. Regards Ablrate

Nothing in my inbox either (will contact ablrate directly when I get a chance) ... however, I can't see any updates on the comments section of this loan on the website, shouldn't this sort of information (whatever it is, haven't seen it) go up there too?

As somebody who has a couple of accounts I can say that I never have any issues with Emails arriving so a quick note to ablrate should sort your issue. Personally I prefer Email notifications for a couple of reasons 1. They grab my attention. 2. I feel that some of the information that comes through on Emails could be commercially a little sensitive. By using Emails that information stays with investors, I would prefer that approach to bland statements on a site.

I think that any comment that is worth email investors about is also worth putting in the comments section of that particular loan so that registered users can read such a note. That is in-line with other operators, what this platform has done in the past, and also means that secondary market buyers are fully aware of the history of any loan. I don't see why they haven't added a note to the website.

Plus (I'm not in this particular loan, but I am in ABL) how this is being handled would/will affect my engagement with the site on other loans. I hesitate to suggest another AC-style 'pink' board, but some comments on the website for logged in investors would be helpful.

I am invested in this loan and I have not been made aware that this loan is in default, only that it has been extended, is there something I don't know?

The AC 'pink' board is where (only) known (signed up, vetted by AC) members of AC can have private discussions about things (not necessarily all bad). Same effect as a forum which is behind a platform's login wall.

Sorry my mistake. I thought you were talking about the pink/red default banner on SS. I'll actually read the post next time....

If not it might be useful to have one as it is sometimes difficult or impossible to post a meaningful comment which does not do so. Eg just posting the email in question on here for the benefit of those who did not see it.

The rules on the private board are somewhat more relaxed, however there are still limits to what you can/should say, since none of it would be 'private' from a lawyer armed with a court order.

It's in the Admin Notes. I also looked first in Comments which is where I would expect it.

It would be nice if the interests were paid out soon so we can bid on the opened loans.
