Moneything two things I would like to see please.
1) In the my loans section. Could the loan parts of the same loan be consolidated under a unifying header, to tidy things up.
2) Can we please have the ability to see upcoming interest payments. For those of us not pouring constantly over spreadsheets, it is difficult to plan/anticipate.

Updates great!
Anyway of opting to receive these by email and just those loans you are participating in?

MoneyThing, would it be possible for the For Sale loans (on the My Loans tab) to by default be sorted by Unsold in descending order, please? I've sold quite a few loans, so when I open the For Sale loans tab, it takes a while to load in - and then I have to order the loans by amount unsold, which also takes quite a while to do. It's not a huge change, but it would make seeing how my loans up for sale are doing much easier!

We will be adding a 'project id' on the database in order to link loan drawdowns/advanced with respect to the same project. This will then allow us to provide project totals, etc. 2) Will have a think on this one... Can't give any timings at this stage due to a number of other pieces of development work currently underway. Regards, Ed

Updates great! Anyway of opting to receive these by email and just those loans you are participating in? Hi, We are in the process of looking to integrate a new mailing system into the platform. This will allow a lot more flexibility and allow lenders to opt in/out to various types of communication (inc. a tool whereby lenders will be able to set an amount which 'available funds' reach before getting an email for instance). I would mention that we would not include all the information from all updates in a email, as there may be times when we would want to restrict certain information to logged-in users on the platform rather than via email. Kind regards, Ed

Now that we have separate "Live Loans" and "Default Loans" on the main "Loans" page, would it be possible to have separate entries under "Funds", eg., My Loans
|
| ≣
| Status
| No.
| Amount | Live | 300 | £10,000.00 | Default | 20 | £2,000.00 | Repaid | 700 | £50,000.00 | Selling
| 0
| £0.00
|
Many thanks.

Tax statements still need default/recovery information added.

My 'For Sale' page always remembers the last setting. Using Chrome on a PC.

Mine remembers it too, but it is DESPERATELY slow to load or reload (maybe I sold too many parts?). I would suggest we have the tweak to 'only show parts not yet sold' (i.e. a separate 'sold parts', if anyone needs it) but I suspect the delay is rambling through the database, rather than just showing the result, so cutting out the 'already sold' may not help.

We did make the change at the time to make the column's 'sticky'. Can you let me know what OS, browser, etc. you are using so we can take a look? Kind regards, Ed.

Morning. Yes, the slowness is caused by the 'queued behind' which is computing intensive to calculate this dynamic number for every unsold part. We will add a toggle box with an option to turn off the 'queued behind' calculation which will speed it up. Regards, Ed
