Yes, some additional hierarchy online helpful with grouped loan parts under My Loans - this is the first site that has forced me into Excel simply to see amount per loan ie tranches of M Hall etc.

I would like to see parri passu tranches merged into one after release. This is one thing that SS do better than MT.

I would like to see parri passu tranches merged into one after release. This is one thing that SS do better than MT. That would mean the whole loan if renewed would be on the same date. MT float would potentially have to cover repaying everyone. With the smaller tranches the platform risk is reduced, easier to manage. I can see why you would want it though.

M********* H**** does for the 3 tranches that I can be bothered to locate! And therein lies my problem, they are spread out all over the place.

In that case I can't see any reason why they couldn't be merged.

Quote from NEW LOAN UPDATES (MT staff posts only):
Post by MoneyThing on 8 hours ago Afternoon,
Just to let you know that MTAD503 (£10,000 against a 1964 Ford Mustang), will be ending on Monday and will be replaced by a new loan of the same value secured against two new cars which we will announce shortly (1999 Alfa Romeo Spider & 1974 MGB Roaster).
Kind regards,
Ed

Any chance of an extra row added to the bottom of the 'deposit history' table to total up the amount of deposits? Or add it in the 'statement' tab showing the total amount of deposits?

Afternoon, You can get the totals from the top of the generated PDF 'Tax Statement' by selecting the date range ('ACCOUNT' > 'TAX STATEMENT'). If you think it would be beneficial having the total on the Deposit/Withdrawal page also let me know and we can add it to the list. Regards, Ed

Could the "Export all transactions" button in Statement be enhanced to be "Export transactions" - meaning the filtered list given by "Search"? The all transactions functionality would remain if no filter is applied.

Hi, A simple thing, but it would help me keeping records my side straight more quickly. Can you add some totals to the bottom of the table on the 'my loans' page for interest, total invested, etc? I looked at doing this myself, but as you populate the table dynamically, it got more complicated than I first thought Just would save me a few minutes each time totting up the numbers and as the amount of loans in my portfolio with you grows, will just get more difficult. Thanks.

d_saverStatement shows total interest and amount invested. My funds also shows total invested.

Can the renew button be ticked as default rather than unticked, looking at the numbers of renewals, the preference seems to be renew, this would save a lot of ticking

Certainly whilst there is a liquid SM, if a lender didn't intend/wish to renew it should be easy enough for them to sell, I just wonder whether if after a renewal a loan subsequently went into default whether we would have issues with lenders who might claim that they had no intention of renewing the loan and therefore should not be exposed to the defaulted renewal? Maybe a simple way around this would be to have a global button/box which lenders could select which would be titled something like 'click here if you would like to automatically renew all eligible loans by default'. Might this be useful? Regards, Ed

It's the kind of setting you might make a choice on very early before you really started investing and then forgot about until it came up and bit you. I'd be inclined to leave it as it is. Simple is good and the amount of extra effort to click the renew button manually for every loan is small. What would be worth doing is to make the checkbox available for every loan even if there was no suggestion of a renewal at this point. That way you don't fall into the opposite trap of not knowing a loan could renew until it was too late.
