Not for the website as such, but could loans with dates that have been extended (or shortened?) be included in the weekly round-up email? I know they're highlighted in bold on the 'Loans Available' page, but if dates change for ones not currently on the secondary market, I don't pick it up.

Lendy, perhaps?) Definitely collateral (I'm not on Lendy) - for example, the date column of BL00026 has recently changed to 264 days, which is only noticeable as Days remaining figure is now in Bold.

But this one jumped back about 30 days

Hi Collateral RepIf you tick the "live loans ony" the excel export is kicking out some very strange results - lots of duplicate entries. Seems Ok if you don't tick.

Hi Collateral Rep Now you have different interest rates, is it possible to add the rates for each loan to the excel export please?

Morning,
We've added the Borrower ID to the export transactions.
Many thanks,
Gordon

Don't know if this has been mentioned before: I find it a bit annoying when the characters from my memorable word aren't requested in ascending order e.g. '9, 10 and 5' instead of '5, 9 and 10'.

It's more secure by increasing the number of possible combinations. I'm afraid annoying and security go hand in hand.

Maybe so, but I've not seen it done this way at any other finance related website I use i.e. banks, credit cards and investment platforms.

Just because other financial companies do not do this does not make it wrong. I woyld like to see the boxes moved round the screen to, just to make it even more anno..., sorry, secure😊

My word is long enough that I've got to count it out on my fingers and not having it in ascending order can waste up to 5 seconds of my life which could be spent doing something important, like playing Sudoku on the toilet.

Re: Entering of characters from memorable word.
A minor point.
On my RBS and NW online banking when I enter the first character the cursor automatically jumps to the 2nd field and so on, which makes entering easier.
On COL, when I enter the first character it stays on the first field so I sometimes overtype the first character with the second and have to start again.
I wonder if it's possible to make it jump to the next box once the first box has been filled in.

In Collateral's implementation, having single-character input fields appear in a random order on screen is no more secure than having them appear in the same ascending order each time! - it doesn't "increase the number of possible combinations", does nothing to improve security, and serves only to annoy users! In my experience "annoying and security" go "hand in hand" primarily when people/businesses use the boiler-plate excuse of " it's for security reasons" to justify dubious security practices without actually having any real understanding on what their implementation is actually achieving, which in many cases can be pointless and indeed counter productive. Now, I suspect the reason why the single-character input boxes appear in a random order on screen each time on Collateral's site, is because they believe that in doing so it will "fool"/make it harder for screen readers/bots to auto-populate these boxes. However, screen readers/bots could just as easily read the above row in the HTML table where these fields appear, to determine which order the input boxes appear each time. So whilst it might fractionally increase the amount of one-time coding a hacker/malicious user initially needs to do, "randomizing" the order the input boxes appear on screen has no realistic security advantage.
