Make the second page of the sign in auto tab from one character box to the next Like banks for example. A workaround is to make up your secret word only using keys close to the <TAB> key (eg qaaqa). [crossed with MONEY... Another annoyance is that the <ENTER> key does nothing - it would be nice if it actioned the 'Login' button (on both pages). ...] Also I find that my email address on the first page gets blanked out (regardless of the tick box) when I log in using a different computer. I am hesitant to mention (after all the flack about security back in the early days) that on all the other p2p sites I use (about a dozen) (and most of the banks) I am allowed to have Firefox remember the username and password, which I do on physically secure computers. This means I don't have to touch my keyboard except to enter the secondary security.

Make the second page of the sign in auto tab from one character box to the next Just get rid of the silly character boxes completely. If you really must have a second password, at least let me type the thing in rather than sitting there counting on my finger tips!

Don't tell anyone, but I chose 5 letters all the same to avoid counting.

Allowing the browser to remember sensitive information is pretty insecure, download WebBrowserPassView from Nirsoft to see just how easy it is to display that storage. You can get similar functionality in a more secure way using Add-ons such as KeefOx in conjunction with KeepAss. However, KeefOx may not work with the Collateral site.

You can get similar functionality in a more secure way using Add-ons such as KeefOx in conjunction with KeepAss. However, KeefOx may not work with the Collateral site. I can see and edit the sensitive information within Firefox settings so I know anyone with physical access could do the same, and presumably a trojan could be crafted for the task. But nobody has access, and I am reasonably confident in my internet security. I tried an add-on someone suggested a few months ago but found that there was not much of a saving over just typing in the credentials - anything which keeps the information in an unreadable form is going to need a password to unlock it so I think is only of benefit in terms of recording those details securely, not as a shortcut to providing them. Also the downside is limited. A trespasser would be able to screw with my investments and transfer money to my bank account, and find out how to pay money IN to my account. (Changing the bank account requires contacting Collateral.) I am prepared to live with these risks. I will however have a play with KeefOx and KeepAss in order to broaden my education.

Been quiet in this thread for a few weeks, so ... I echo the earlier request to show the expected maturity date for loans as well as the start date (which is generally of little consequence I feel). Perhaps better still would be the number of days left to run - this would make forward planning for cash flow far easier. In fact, if space on the page is a limit, I'd be happy to see only the days left or, at a pinch, the end date. This is becoming more acute by the day as my number of active loans grows - typically, I'm getting something in pretty much every loan, so the numbers do mount up (not that I'm complaining about too many new loans, you understand ...) Ideally, one would be able to order the loans by end date / time left to run. And now a 'how long is a piece of string?' question - do you have a feel for the proportion of loans that are likely to be renewed, do borrowers ever give a hint at the start of a loan? Collateral Rep Days remaining should be shown on the "My Loans" page as it is on the "Available Loans" page

I would like to repeat a couple of minor niggles mentioned above... - allow a facility to remove that big yellow banner permanently on the available loans page which keeps re-appearing after every refresh. - please please please allow use of CR to complete password entries. I find this very annoying and would also agree with comments above about auto-tab and storing usename.

For me, some form of identifying borrowers on multiple loans so we can get a measure of how much exposure we have to any one particular borrower, this is now has me at a point of refraining from investing anymore in the platform.

Tax statement - If I click on this option the figures appear to be correct (no dates entered). Ideally I'd like a menu with tax year dates listed for easy entry.
If I enter a date range (e.g. 06/04/2016 to 06/09/2016) the interest figure increases. I suspect it's now including interest earned but not paid.
I would have thought only interest actually paid should be included here or we could pay more tax than is due.
Just noticed the window heading shows as 'Deposit' for this screen.

When you first select Tax Statement there are no dates entered but some figures are shown, so I suppose there is a default date range even though it is not shown. If so, what is it?

collateralJust had my first repayment - whoo! To help with my own checks, can you please add the Loan ID and Fund ID to the loans listed on the Repaid Loans tab. Also, the tab heading is 'Sold Loans' instead of 'Repaid Loans', and the link to the picture of the loan is broken. It seems to point to a .pdf file, instead of the .jpg photo. e.g. from the page source <img src="https://collateraluk.com/management/js/uploader/uploads/COLBB00001_Redacted.pdf"

collateral: is it possible to send loan notifications in advance (1 day) so I can fund my account accordingly night before? Edit: I see you notify earlier on the forum but I personally do't check the forum in the afternoon but I'm email addict
