Hi Ladywhitenap, The cashback offer is not a reflection of the deal itself, but due to the fact that we have other loans to pre-fund in the pipeline. We want to be sure we have our pre-funding float back so we can re-use it and make sure we don't let borrowers down. Kind regards Sophie Well Sophie it looks like MT will achieve their aim. A very impressive take up rate on this one. LW

Yes indeed - more please!
Is the cashback likely to be credited today?

Morning, Cashback now credited. Thank you to all who participated - much appreciated. Kind regards, Ed That is wonderful - thank you very much. Just a tiny thing - I notice that the bid restriction is still in place until 16:00. Surely that is no longer required?

We have just adjusted the system so that the restriction now ignores the SM sales if filled within 24hrs. This means that the loan is now derestricted and lenders can bid any amount on availability on the SM. Kind regards, Ed

Companies House have this morning flagged that a Gazette notice for compulsory strike off of the borrowing company on this loan is due to be published on 29th August. Presumably relates to the fact their confirmation statement (aka annual return as was) is now 2 months overdue.

Having spoken to the borrower earlier this morning, they are in the process of remedying this. Kind regards, Ed.

Just noticed a discrepancy on the Loan Details page for this one (clearly no one reads these things ) MoneyThing - with less than two weeks remaining, is the expected repayment still imminent?

Hi MoneyThing sale of the freehold was due to complete in mid December, although we haven't been updated since early December. Repayment is due in three days. Please can we have an update?

Just spoken to MT and they claim we should be informed by the end of this week whether the loan will be paid or renewed.

Could MoneyThing just clarify that this would be a minimum 1 months interest. (or not, if that is not the case) Must confess to not having read more than that it is being extended.
