I see the December container loan is due to repay tomorrow. If that is the case I assume that the borrower must be repaying you today so that you can credit our accounts tomorrow. Will this be the case or are we likely to be waiting until Monday?

Please see the email and call the number given in it for more information. This place is not currently an appropriate one for discussing what it contains.

Does not sound good. Any other investors like me without an email communication....I get plenty of others from them, and no, its not in junk.
I guess the number I will be ringing on monday will be Ablrates (if I can find one)

I hold this loan but haven't received the email you mention. Frustratingly this isn't the first time I've not received an email from Ablrate when there has been a problem with a loan. Would someone care to PM me the message, and also explain why it isn't appropriate to share in public?

Hello. Anyone can email us directly (andy.sweeney@ablrate.com) and I will forward it and/or discuss.

Just drop Andy an email and he'll let you know what's happening, assuming you have any investments involving this borrower or the related one. Likely be able to sort out the email issue as well though he's probably going to be busy with calls for a while.

I've spoken / emailed personally a reply to about 15 lenders already. I am available tomorrow all day (leaving aside childcare duties!). Mail me or PM me and I am happy to talk personally to anyone. Got to grab some sleep now!

LTV is 90% Originally but containers are purchased in US Dollars and the drop in the value of the Pound has increased the likely Pound prices of containers in the UK. So that's probably increased the value of every container that has already been ordered and paid for, regardless of the loan involved.

No good idea to discuss this in public.
