Driving Licence number not accepted, message comes up 'invalid lincence number!'. (Sic). Invalid spelling, I say. Passport number not accepted either (though admittedly out of date). So press 'cancel'. No effect, button doesn't work. Maybe just forget about it.

Thank you @magenta14. Still, basic spelling errors on official websites are never encouraging.

Thank you @magenta14 . Still, basic spelling errors on official websites are never encouraging. True, but this platform keeps its costs to a minimum and lender rates to a maximum. There are just a few dedicated people and a website, but high expertise in the classes of asset - a sort of value added development within the host company. So you may have to work a bit harder to run it and put up with operational things which can look a bit unprofessional, but it is worth it for returns and diversification. No worse than FC for all that platform's squillions of cash and human resources employed.

Hi kaya , now don't small technicalities give you a wrong impression of the place, I like it, well laid out, easy to navigate, decent loan offerings with a bit of a thing going for aircraft, David the CEO is ex RAF and you'll find the office team ablrateandy helpful and friendly. No complaints from me following a couple of weeks as a member, so there you go. You signed up yet? Best to yourself. Yes @magenta14. I'll be having a look around.

Hi kaya . Sorry to hear this. Hopefully Phil has followed up already (he is normally pretty quick on the case) and most of our registration process is driven by an external API which can be a little temperamental. Should you still have problems then please poke me by PM or email us and it will be attended to pronto. best, Andy

No probs, all sorted. I do like a good moan, but you really should get that spelling error sorted, it creates a bad impression!

No probs, all sorted. I do like a good moan, but you really should get that spelling error sorted, it creates a bad impression! I made the same comment some time ago and was treated to the attack of the forum multi headed Hydra who rounded on me for my poor spelling and grammar. I'll say what I said then...I reserve the right to be as sloppy as I like and it's nobody else's business, it's not me trying to instil confidence in people so they send large amounts of money. As to registration, it took me forever and was made worse by being a furriner. ID here is made by presenting an ID card which contains the relevant details on a chip and things such as paper utility bills are largely history. That said, the main cause for the delay was me running around the globe with no time to sort it.
Worse, when it was eventually sorted, I had forgotten my password and there was, and is, no response to hitting the lost password link. I gave up.

coincidentally I just tried to register and found it very painful. The address page kept throwing errors and in the end I had to put N/A in some fields to get through then it didn't like the driving licence format. The lack of user friendly error messages was very frustrating.
I've read about tech issues in the past but if a company can't get the basics right then I am very dubious about giving them my money :-( R

A shame that new lenders are being put off by barriers to entry - especially as the new MTF loan at 12% is not filling in the allocated time.

I will let you all know when the timeframe on his is clear. We have a dedicated team beginning work on the platform this month, so updates/improvements will be much quicker Regards Ablrate

Same here. Went right through the convoluted process to be told that my information "could not be verified". May be something to do with the system not being able to accept houses that do not have a number. Had to put in a ficticious number even though the address had been brought up correctly from the post code.

I have neither a number or a street, don't recall any issue with verification tho - suggest you email them. Edit tho it was over a year ago now that I registered, so I may have a short memory - certainly nothing that required intervention anyway - I may have fudged the street, but wouldn't have done so with the number
