How strange! Despite the 3 year market being closed since last October, the graph on the Rate Trends page has continued to show it fluctuating as if it was still operating. Question. How can a market rate be set each day for the 3 year term when there are no lending transactions to generate it? (The rate is 2.9% today). edit: who wrote all that garbage? Nurse ... someone's impersonating me. More coffee please!
<thinks ... no more posting before breakfast ... silly ar**>

When I go to the RateTrends page at members.ratesetter.com/ratesetter_info/rate_trends.aspx it only shows lines for "rolling" "1 year" and "5 year" markets. Which page are you going to where they're still showing a "3 year" rate? I'd thought that the line for the "3 year" market was completely removed (mildly annoying, as the historical data was still potentially relevant, perhaps annoying enough to complain for those who might need to consider whether to use the sellout function now or later with the difference in rates on some historic date being a key factor in that decision).

Oh!!! Better ignore me, and retire me off. Silly old (***) must go back to school and learn to read graphs carefully. I thought there was an extra line there. <crawls back into dark corner>
