I've used the open house transactional data to see what happened historically to prices shortly after dividends are paid on each 5th of the month. As someone who is looking to invest more into Property Partner over the coming months I'm trying to make the most of possible price dips to buy in. Link: Property Partner Dividend Analysis
What is your strategy of the best times to buy new shares?

Interesting, I think it's hard to form a strategy from the data available. As you've done, would be good if they added some more graphs for the historical share price and perhaps volume traded too. Particularly as they seem very keen to push the secondary market aspect of their platform.
Otherwise just having to be fairly intuitive looking for "discounts" immediately after valuations or one off events like the referendum.

I'm planning to make a free interactive report that will allow you to see historical share price and trade volume - in the link I've just included screenshots from my 'work in progress'.
