In the last few weeks communication has been much better via the website and decent properties available. Might yet invest more with them

Some of the properties have been better although my worry now is with how fast that the co-investment fund went they will start going down that route more, easier money and less effort for them. That loan was bigger then any of the others previously and filled up far faster and is a nice earner for them each month with them really having to do very little now.

They've told me they have no plans on slowing down with the traditional BTL...and think about it, why would they? They created PMF A so that they can secure BTL properties to list on the site more easily.

What are the tax liabilities on this? Is it a mixture of income tax and capital gains tax and do they give any information on what to declare?

So far it's been dividends for income tax and yep they have. No interest paid on the loans yet but I would imagine that will be easily provided too. No properties have been sold yet tho so can't comment on the CGT info that will be available - will certainly potentially be a bit more complicated when the SM launches, but unless you're making more than 11k in gains in a year, or disposing of more than 44k of assets you won't need to worry about it anyway
