You're not alone, upland . I encouraged my Dad to add some funds around same time as you and he's still un-invested. I note the target rate is also the lowest I've seen it now, @ 4.6%.

I do understand the frustration; at the moment we are receiving investment a bit faster than we are originating loans. Our team Octopus Property are working really hard in order to to secure additional capacity and generate enough loans to remove the queue. It is likely that you may see the rate drop slightly as we will be using this lever to attract the highest quality of loans. It started off well and I got a bit of money invested but have now had funds not invested since 1/11/16 - with rates falling as well I am not impressed.

It started well but now the queue and the lower interest means there will be no more of my cash going into OC until it improves in both margin and queue - disappointed but not unexpected and lots more reasonable P2P out there if OC does not deliver. BTW I am a big investor in their VCTs so have no prejudice re the platform.

vanessaiman On the assumption that all your investors dont have 20/20 vision any chance you could increase the font size for the pence in the transactions page. I have to zoom in so much to read it that when I go back to my homepage all I can see is a close up of London on the map. Remember the old adage 'look after the pence ...'

Hi Vanessa , I have just withdrawn some money from the account and I noticed that the security passcode associated with the withdrawal remembered my passcode (birthday date) from last time. That might be worth tightening up if possible or using a different system as I think that its not doing it job.

The money that I have just withdrawn has started to move and its all come off of my invested loans. I still have three uninvested amounts made up from interest and repaid loans. Would it not be brighter to have taken the money to be withdrawn from the money that I currently had uninvested. It seems a bit of a dim thing to do , other platforms would take it from the uninvested amounts in preference in my experience.

At present, we are working on features that would allow a better utilisation of the loans as well as supporting more terms which should in turn reduce the queuing problem. Best, Vanessa

vanessaiman Time perhaps to switch to prioritising reinvestments over new money? (like most other sites do) I seem to be getting uninvested more quickly than invested at the moment...
