It is worth doing it on a Sunday just to enjoy seeing the view count on the MT thread exceed the usual popular platforms...regardless as to how temporary!* (* not that I am competitive or anything...)

I'd much rather have loans going live on a weekend. We don't all have access to the internet during working hours, some of us are too busy working

Under 20% left now. Looks like some of the recent SS repayments have found their way to MT...
Funding £500k-odd in 80 minutes must set a new MT record!

I have also 'established' that there are no Bots on SS, it is actually those 'Things' at work. I pressed 'send' from my bank account, switched windows and the money was already credited to my MT account Brilliant service MoneyThing no wonder MT is now my largest platform

Edit: it was and my modest slice has been invested.

I am just a simple lol. If the site is worth £1m why did the administrators sell it for £600,000? OK that was in 2013 [edit or 2015?], so has it increased in value by 67% in 3 years? [edit: or in one year?] The valuation report says that £290,000 has been spent on the development. It's not explicitly stated whether this spend was by the original developer, or by the borrower. If the latter then £1,000,000 seems an OK ballpark. Alternatively working back from the GDV of £3.4m (I'd go for £3m myself) and construction costs of under £1m, a value of £1m seems conservative.

I was quite surprised to see how quickly this filled. £600k in a gnats over 4 hours is very good going especially for a Sunday. I also thought the limit of £4k was a bit high - certainly too rich for me but I wonder if Ed can say how many bids were at the upper limit?
It must be interesting sitting in Thing Towers watching the dosh flood in!
