Same, was sure there would be at least some left tonight! And I'll make that three. Bother, as ruder folk might say. I didn't get home until nearly 6pm, and didn't remember to log on for another half-hour, but there was still 10+% left by then. (But I missed the Wigan loan due to being out of the house - I'm relying on there being subsequent tranches.)

Next to nothing on Ablrate Not so sure I'd agree with next to nothing when there are 16 loans there with secondary market offers to sell: About £5k at 11.24% or above - property About £7.5k at 11.296 or above - waste to energy About £200 at 4.24% - removal crates About £50 at 12%, £800 at 11.13%, £460 at 9.66%, £10k at 7% - portacabins About £1.2k at 11.2-12%, £5.1k at 9.2-9.3%, £1.5k at 6.8-7.9% - invoice finance About £675 at 11.5-11.9% - invoice finance About £80 at 13.2-12.6%, £3.5k at 10-10.2%, £4.5k at 8-9%, £1.6k at 7.6-8% - pub entertainment About £4.6k at 14-15%, £5k at 11% - ecopark property About £1k at 9.9-11.25% - Cessna multinational corporate About £300 at 7.8-8.7% - bottling plant About £950 at 10.5-12.7% - HP cars (not the same firm as at MT) About £2k at 11-12.7%, £500 lower - HP cars, same as above firm About £6k at 10.35-10.6%, £19k at 7.6-9.3% - SME loans About £16.2k at 10.1%, £400 at 9.4-9.9% - government-owned airline leasing About £200 at 9.8% - government-owned airline leasing, same as above firm About £8.6k at 10.1%, £270 at 9.6% - government-owned airline leasing, same as above firm Some at not particularly attractive rates but 14 of those have offers at 9.8% and above so there's a bit of scope for immediate diversification even if the amounts available are quite low for some of the loans. Not huge amount of money investable at the moment even across them all, though, around £92k so one heavy hitter could take the lot. One feature of the Ablrate markets is that sales tend to produce more offers to sell as supply reduces. The links only work when logged in to an Ablrate account.

It is worth doing it on a Sunday just to enjoy seeing the view count on the MT thread exceed the usual popular platforms...regardless as to how temporary!* (* not that I am competitive or anything...) Did you catch the Birkenhead views? I saw 87 - 32 in MT's favour. Wicked! (I missed most of the excitement as I was on the phone with the bank authorising withdrawals that had been flagged)

While the cupboard is bare here with lots of money floating around looking for a home I just updated the Ablrate secondary market list I prepared originally for the discussion here and some might find the update useful. Doubt I'll do this very often or when there's plenty of availability at MoneyThing, though, since if there wasn't a flood of money looking for a home or related to some other discussion it'd be thoroughly off topic.
