But if you have 8k in cash floating around here already in your account and looking for a home then it does make more sense at around £2.63 day especially if it is at the start of a long bank holiday weekend So I guess it all depends how much spare cash you have floating around Exactly, it becomes worthwhile with a 5-digit figure, especially if it doesn't pay until next Tuesday or later. Then I can decide what to do next with very short-term money. But you could just have parked a lot into the new L Park after 10am on Friday and then you wouldn't have had a problem of finding a new parking home for it.
During Thursday afternoon it was looking fairly certain the Park wouldn't fill within 24 hours, but perhaps you didn't want to take that risk and find yourself with a wad of cash sitting idle over the long weekend
It seems as if a lot of people over invest into new loans and then use that as "interest bearing cash" rather than having to deposit more instant cash, when they want to buy into new loans or even secondary loans that tend to hang around. Best time to find these is in the middle of the night but then of course you might also have a problem getting rid of your excesses.

Would have been nice to have an email notification when the repayment was made. Agreed - just sent one. Once we have done the development work on the 'Updates' section of the platform, we will be moving onto the 'Notification' functionality. Apologies for the slight delay - just got back online now. Regards, Ed

The extra few minutes allows you to reinvest before others do.

MoneyThing Why isn't my investment showing in my account ? Just double checked and the full capital (& interest that was paid earlier on today), has been credited to lenders accounts for MTAH531. On standby to receive your PM/email with your user details so that I can check. Regards, Ed.
