You may not have received an e-mail notification for a sale; apparently I've sold 3 parts this month but only got one e-mail. The subject of the e-mail is now 'Investor sales summary' instead of 'Your recent loan part sale'. We've both got 1 loan left now, pom. I'll race ya!! Ummm .. yeah... Not gonna hold my breath so, whatever! *goes back to snoozing on sunbed* 😂 Ha ! - catching you up ! Woke up to another 'Sales Summary' email (timed 0209 so surely IffyIsa money at play?) 2 more sales - just leaves 3 Sellable Loans - another little withdrawal requested What's "sun" ?!?

An amazing not so mythical creature, that I had to travel many leagues to the south to discover, well past the "here be dragons" warning on my map, until I finally found it on the foothills of a volcano

Whoo! Sold my last sellable part. Just leaves me with the defaulted rat infested kitchen and the dodgy unreliable maintenance man. Might get something from sale of latter's house but not holding breath.
So final score Earnings £149.22 Left in account £64.58 Basically without the £100 bonus I'd be on a loser

LC is for life not just xmas bonuses

I'm sitting on my investments here, extracting repaid capital and interest periodically, but not actively selling up, so my Lexit will take some time. It's by far my worst-performing P2P investment, ignoring the incentive money. XIRR peaked at 3.54% in September last year, but dropped below 1% last month thanks to yet another default. Lots of losses, zero recoveries. It's a shame, really - they seem to have a nice website and a solid business plan, delivering IFISA well ahead of others, but apparently lacking the key, basic skills for a lending operation.
The cynic would say that this shows the inherent danger of P2P, where a slick lender recruitment operation can keep money flowing in the door regardless of the quality of the underlying loans, and IFISA will just make that even worse. Should the FCA do more to validate the claimed target rate of 6% pa, when almost all past investors have failed to achieve anything close?

Between myself and my better half we've come out as follows:
Interest 250ish
Promotions 400
Losses 100
Probable Bad debt 90
Fees 32
Debt for sale 53 Shrapnel 1
So a stonking return, but the lack of any sort of security on the loans (And the fact we'd like to buy a new house in time) means in the words of Duncan Banantyne "We're oot"

Last loan part sold today. FREEEEEEEEEEDOM! I think everyone should be banned from celebrating their last sale...until mine sells, and then it'll be fine EDIT - PS I take that back, seems mine sold today they just haven't told me about it yet!! As the final repayment in 2days time will be 7p I'd best wait until after the weekend before I withdraw Then it's just a case of 2 stuck loan parts in arrears that may/not be written off at the end of the month, and 2 more already "lost"... EDIT PPS - so assuming I'll never see anything again from the losses, and the "in arrears" 1k originally invested plus the £200 in bonuses (managed to get an extra referral) and £33.98 profit (before tax) made on top of that. Oh and very nearly 6 months to sell out. Could have been worse I guess but def not gonna rush to re-invest...

And that's the shrapnel paid...so I'm out...apart from having to go back in a few weeks to get tax certs and see if they've got anywhere with the arrears/lost stuff...and then probably next year to double check, and the next.. No more unsecured SME for me...

Sudden burst of sales followed by a withdrawal and I am £14 in profit. Still have a couple of parts waiting to sell (have been for sale since October so I'm not expecting any joy shortly), V**** for its last payment next month, 2 defaults and 3 non-payers (defaults in all but name) - but if none of those deliver any more payments at least I will have removed what I put in. Anything from here on is a bonus...

A full Lexit was never going to be quick........ ............ And breathe ! Last sellable parts have just gone Last bit of shrapnel due 21/3 (left a fiver there to allow extraction ) and then it's just a couple of 'troubled' loans which I expect nothing from. Assuming a zero balance from then would give a final XIRR of 16.54% thanks to the bonuses ...... Shame really - looked very promising at the outset. BTW did notice they now have a Live Loanbook download which looks like it would have been quite useful 18 months ago.......... but now ? DILLIGAF ?

I saw that. What strikes me is that their whole loan book is as large as one of the big SS loans.
