This has probably been addressed before, but I can't find it.
If I sell a loan before it finishes, do I get the interest for the period I've held it, straight away after its sold or at the end of the month, or loan term?
Thanks

Loan interest is paid on 1st of the month, or the redemption date if earlier, regardless of whether you've sold it.

the website is a problem but to be fair on collateral no one could have predicted the popularity of the site would grow to this level so fast. i think the only thing i am really wanting to see is how well they cope with a default. not that i want one but at sometime it has to happen.

Well I am no software engineer nor an IT guy, but if I would start a platform like this, I would design it in a way that a lot of traffic could be handled from the beginning. Even more when we talk about a scalable business.

Might be correct, I don't know the pricing, but I saw a report on tv that rogerfederer.com costs about gbp 420.- for hosting a month. That site has a lot of traffic, I guess. In my understanding thats not the world, 5k a year. But as I said before, I'm not an expert in this area.
I pay for my hosting usd 10/month, but my site is slow
