I see this one's now gone red today, having never been this delayed in repayment. Presumably an automated process, so perhaps we'll get a comment from LC tomorrow? Has anyone seen anything relevant?

Has anyone seen anything relevant? At least the store is open this afternoon (I phoned to check), which is encouraging. Mark

Is this the nursery products one? (not one I'm in). If so, duedil.com reports that this company has had a 'recent CCJ update', not usually a good sign. Can't tell you more than that though. Edit: even if it just an admin alert this time, this might be one to throw into the socialist paradise of the secondary market, otherwise you could really end up throwing your toys out of the pram

I feel like a bit of a lemon investing in this dummy.

Do you mean Lending Crowd or just this loan?
I now have 4 red loans, with £179 outstanding, out of 18,
In the past year I have earned £198 (including bonus), so assuming the rest all pay up I will have earned a princely £19 or1.9% or 5p a day.
The only good thing is that I had originally intended to invest up to 10K.

"This company has made late payments on a medium percentage of invoices." "The latest Balance Sheet indicates a negative net working capital position." "No CCJ information to report"

Thanks for the duedil.com report.
It is more than 4 days late on payment, so formally overdue and LC policy (presumably automated) is to Disable loans in that status. If payment is received LC will consider re-activating it on the SM. However, mine was listed as part of reducing my exposure in LC with no takers, and this episode is unlikely to increase its popularity!
I had intended investing a significant - to me - 5 figure sum in LC until the P***** O******* loan proposal was questioned and disappeared, followed by others which to me seriously questioned LC's DD - and of course the lack of action on recoveries.
Currently £94 of my original 6-month old £1k placings are red, with some of more recent investments also the wrong colour!
At least their fb page is also still active, looking like business as usual - no signs of a fire-sale - so perhaps it's just a blip.

They need to get a move on with their website though, considering that was one reason they took out the loan, which is currently only a placeholder saying 'T*******i is hard at work creating a brand new website that will be launching this summer.'

Now that this one's back on the market I thought I'd just check that my sale listing had been reactivated, as it was before the Disablement; it wasn't - thanks LC, not - but is now!

Subsequent to November's payment delay, the following Loan comment appeared:
Which coincidentally is the 28th, the same date as last month's late payment! Assuming this happens, is the next step for LC move the payment date to 28th, hoping next month's isn't late? - and giving away another 10 days interest on OUR money in the process!
