I have just checked in with our solicitors and they have not heard anything today on the repayment so would imagine it is unlikely now until at least Tuesday. Will keep everyone informed as soon as I hear anything. Regards, Ed

This info is much appreciated Ed. I wish a few other platforms would do the same.

Perhaps it will repay on Tuesday and there will be some availability left on Bollington. We will see.

UPDATE: We have just learned that the Bolton loan is now looking likely to repay around the middle of next week. UPDATE: We have been informed repayment is expected tomorrow (Friday). If this was filled on Col on 22nd May why has this not repaid. Doesn't look like it will be today either. Could MoneyThing explain what the issue is please. Thanks

I thought this had gone up on Collateral and had been filled so why are legals only being done now? I would be concerned if I had put money in 2 weeks ago into something that hadn't had legals done. What happens to the interest?

AIUI the borrower will owe interest on the amount outstanding from MT and Coll will pay instant returns from their own reserves prior to the borrower drawing the funds down from them (edit - I have heard of borrowers agreeing to pre-draw down interest before but it's unlikely the borrower is paying twice in this instance, Coll will consider it a cost to increase business).

On the other hand, I'm quite happy getting double interest¹ while Collateral sort it out. Long may it continue ¹ More precisely, interest on £2x capital while only £x capital is at risk of borrower default (£2x capital is still at risk of platform failure).
