Hi Hari, my thoughts about the IFISA/Auto Select are that it seems the risk/reward ratio seems to be skewed somewhat, it seems like Kuflink are asking us to take on more risk for just under 4% when people can get invested at around 6% with Kuflink taking more of any potential loss. I made a post about this some time ago here (http://forum.p2pmoney.co.uk/post/199775/thread). I think the recent cashback offer evened things up nicely though.
I think Kuflink should have kept their unique selling point across all of the options available. I'm still a big fan of Kuflink, the fact you do have skin in the game gives me some comfort that you take extra care when approving your borrowers and hopefully that will avoid some situations we see on some other platforms!

keyboardworrier this is fantastic feedback. I have already trickled it through to all relevant members and we will discuss this internally. Regarding SM, the FCA have announced some new regulations and we need to consider them carefully. We'll keep you posted. Kind regards, Hari

littleoldlady keyboardworrier I absolutely overlooked your earlier comments about our platform. Thank you for your comments and feedback, this is certainly very encouraging. ben , I have confirmed from our CEO regarding the 20% vs the 5% stake of Kuflink Bridging in our loans (select vs auto). We wanted to keep the Auto Invest at par with the likes of other similar platforms (Octopus Choice, Brick Lane etc). We have received similar feedback as on the forum and would be interested in hearing your thoughts too. Please feel free to share and so that I can consolidate the feedback and discuss it with the rest of the management team. Kind regards, Hari For me, the 20% is practically all I need. If one assumes you are competent, experienced and not suicidal (and not having some lawyerish escape clause) then that's good enough for me. I did have a good sniff at the first investment I made (only a few days ago) and on that basis I decided that you were competent etc, (not that I'm any great expert). From now on I will probably automatically invest in anything you come up with. Not the same at 5%

shimself many thanks for your response. I am trying to gather as much feedback as I can as I would like put together a case for us to offer the ISA and the Auto-Invest with the 20% stake. In my personal opinion, it is the fair thing to do, however I would have to get a management and board approval. Kind regards, Hari

Those of us that also invest on certain other platforms that had better remain nameless that will lend to anyone against any old thing really appreciate 20% skin in the game. 5% is also offered on at least a couple of other platforms but to be brutally frank this can easily be offered whilst still being covered by eg an arrangement fee so that the platform is not actually taking any risk. 20% would be much harder to fudge.

However, what would be ideal for me would be an ISA that allowed self invest with 20% skin in the game.

IFISAcava littleoldlady many thanks for this. This helps me put together a valid argument. I hope to come back with some good news. We like to move fast on our decisions. In the meanwhile we have a couple of select invest deals. Please help us spread the word. I am not sure if you're aware of our refer a friend scheme which can be beneficial to both the referrer and the referee. Have a wonderful evening everyone! Hari

Hi p2pmark, we are currently offering a 2.5% commission and 2.5% cash back to the referrer and the referee respectively on the referee's first investment. We also allow for some flexibility if the user decides to split their investments across multiple options within the first 24 hours. The commission and the cash back are paid into their Kuflink wallets after 14 days (i.e at the end of the cooling off period) and the users can re-invest or withdraw their funds. As always, we don't charge our investors for withdrawing funds to their bank account. Once you've signed up to the platform, you can see the "refer a friend" section from the right hand side top menu dropdown. Every user has a unique referral code that they can share amongst their friends and family members. Just in case your referee's miss out on the code or the link while signing up, send us an email and we will be more than happy to attribute the referral. Please let me know if you need any further details at all. Happy hump day! Kind regards, Hari

Hi Hari,
Will there be any new loans appearing on the platform this week? I have some loans that will be paying back soon on other platforms and I'd like to move some of the cash into Kuflink. Maybe starting a new thread with details about loans in the pipeline might be a good idea to keep people updated

keyboardworrier, yes we do! We are working on a few of them at the moment and they should be up on the platform as soon as possible. I will post a message on the forum and you should also receive an email from us. Note - one of our loans are maturing on the Saturday, 30th of September, capital + interest will be paid on the following day (interest is calculated until the last day of the loan) into your e-wallets. Kind regards, Hari
