littleoldlady - hope you are enjoying a beautiful Saturday morning. I have had a chat with our team and this is what they have to say. The minimum loan term is 1 month, however our underwriters have made an assessment of the property and taking into account a number of factors (seasonality, time for completion etc), we don't envisage the completion going through at least until the new year. I hope this answer helps. Please let me know if you would need any other details at all. Kind regards, Hari

Decided to invest so sent funds even though it's Saturday. Pleasantly surprised to have funds credited to my account same day. Well done Kuflink and two banks.
Edit: Although I would have been smarter to have waited for this month's interest.
Edit2; And even smarter to have foreseen Hancombe Road repaying

Happy Friday everyone,
Capital + Interest has been paid out for Red Lion Street. We have a few deals online at the moment at 7% pa, 6.8% pa and 6.5% pa. Please let me know if you have any queries regarding the deals. As always, while all loans are secured against UK based property and the deals have the 20% Kuflink Guarantee on a first in last out basis around them, your capital is at risk.
Kind regards, Hari

Hi kuflinkCan I make a suggestion for the website please. It would be useful if the expected loan end date was visible on the list of self selected investments held ... and even better if we could sort by it!. Thanks

Hi marka, that is an excellent suggestion. We have this in our to-do list and will add it ASAP. We are due for tech update of the platform on Monday and this will be a part of the roll out. Please keep the suggestions coming, we are trying to make the platform easy to use and navigate. Kind regards, Hari

ben, great suggestion. We will add it to the list. Additional news for all technical geeks out there, we have a working API now so other providers can sign up to our API service and we will show limited information about our live deals for content aggregators allowing them to build user friendly applications. Please contact me for access to the API. Kind regards, Hari

I had another repayment this morning, exactly on time! I hope you can keep this up.
As you are making changes to the website, I would like to see how much I have invested in each loan simply by clicking 'select-invest' and hovering over the loan , at the moment it's quite a cumbersome process to see how much is invested where.
Adding a pipeline for advanced notice of upcoming loans is also a good idea so cash movements can be planned in advance.
ETA
The capital repayment email may need to be looked into, as the boxes for capital repayment/interest repayments are without figures.

Hi keyboardworrier, great suggestion and many thanks for your encouraging works. Apologies for the email content, we spotted it in the early hours and should be fixed for next time around. We are currently working on the functionality to group all the loans by the "loan name" and you would be able to pull them down to see the split. Also building in an export to Excel functionality allowing users to do their own analysis. This is due to go live next week. We certainly want to get better at originating more loans and more importantly better quality loans. We want our community of investors to sleep better . Kind regards, Hari

Suggestion The very best platforms have an onsite q&a. It gets round the censorship on this site, it shows other peoples concerns and your responses to same in exactly the easiest place to find them, it adds to transparency. It doesn't restrict q&a to forumites, and it ensures that every investor has the opportunity to have full information. On occasion you might even find that it saves all investors, you and us, from making a horrible mistake
In the meantime I have a small question about GU47 in a new thread.

shimself fantastic point, I'll make a suggestion to the board and management to push for a q&a onsite. Danny is going to take reigns of the Kuflink community as we are growing pretty rapidly (thanks to all of you) and need to be more pro-active in our approach. Will look at the queries on the deal and get back to you shortly. Kind regards, Hari
