Suspect a number of lenders are waiting for the fourth tranche before diving in. Will the third tranche be rather slow to go, but the fourth be gone in an instant?

Not sure that they will - investors have will have had plenty of opportunity to invest in earlier tranches that rank parri passu so I think there is little incentive to restrict the final issue notwithstanding that it is likely to more popular. Looks like the website is down - perhaps there has been a late surge in bids for the second tranche......

Ed usually tries hard not to disappoint lenders and the final tranche will be offering 13% for a guaranteed 1st charge. What's 24 hours between friends?

What issues are you experiencing? Thanks, Ed.

People seem to be flagging connection issues across multiple platforms this morning so perhaps it's a particular ISP or region. Or maybe Putin is trying to hog all the best deals today.

I couldn't access the site from any browser or my phone when connected to my router, but can access over 4G. Looks like my IP has been blocked for some reason.

It was Virgin Media apparently, now resolved (according to similar discussion on the AC board)

MoneyThing minor point but is there any reason the two tranches have different end dates 7/11, 9/11 I assume it will all be repaid in one go?

Now corrected to show end date of the 7/11 in line with the 1st drawdown. Please note however the repayment schedule has already been set for this loan and therefore interest for tranche 2 will be paid on the 9th of each month (with interest for all other tranches paid out on the 7th). Kind regards, Ed.
