Hi martin44, We're working hard on property deals which we hope to have listed this week. There's also a vehicle loan which should be added shortly. I'll update here when I know more. Many thanks, Gordon

Personally would not be that interested in a property loan, why I do not use FS very much any more, sure setting a property loan up looks and nice simple and probably very profitable for the platform to begin with. But in case of default it needs a completely different skill set then an asset that you have ownership off.

Afternoon,
Just to clarify our loan objectives.
We will continue to add loans within our current asset classes, jewellery, watches, coins, vehicles etc. as we can see the popularity, but we will be adding property as we are constantly being offered opportunities.
Obviously we are aware there are those who would not want to invest in such loans, but we are encouraged by feedback which would suggest there are other investors who would consider any loan that we bring to the Collateral platform, including property.
Initially, until we asses demand for this asset class, we won't have any bid restrictions on the property loans.
Many thanks,
Gordon

Thanks for that Gordon,. Like many others, I'm heavy in property, but that doesn't mean that if your offerings are good quality I would not be interested. While I probably would be prepared to take on more overall exposure, it may give a good replacement opportunity for some less than quality loans or lower return options on other platforms.

Many thanks, Gordon Gordon, why are you not planning to have any limit bids on property loans, from what I have seen all the recent loans have been very well received and you are now planning to prevent people which slow pc to have even less of a chance of being able to buy into these loans, think it would be much better if you have a sebsible limit on the first few propery loans to judge how the take up is.

Hi tomtom, It's not going to be for all property loans, just initially until we get some feedback, plus the first loan value will be larger than the other asset class loans we have done. Many thanks, Gordon

Many thanks, Gordon There could easily be 1 BH with eg 200K (or more) burning a hole in their pocket, but perhaps not 10, so why not make the limit 10% of the loan value, which as far as most investors are concerned would be infinite. It's only for 3 hours after all. Imagine the flack you would get if 1 inverstor took the lot.

Well I would have no chance of growing my portfolio with collateral without a bid limit as I do not have access to a computer at the times the loans go live ,most loans seem to be fully funded within 30 minuites ,had £500 stuck in my account not invested for 2 weeks now

Morning,
OK we can look at adding a bid limit of around 10%-15% for 3 hours as suggested.
Many thanks,
Gordon
