Hello fellow investors I have found and began testing a new platform: Lendix from France, I think it is worth a look. I have started to cover lendix in my blog (which contains some affiliate links) www.p2phero.com/category/lendix/I would be happy if someone could share his thoughts on this platform. Regards

so, after a Little more then one week as Investor I have invested in 5 Projects, at an average yield of 8%. Other Facts I found out and think they are very nice:
- Net Yield Calculation: Lendix deducts overdue payments from the yield prognosis: up to 30 days late = 40% haircut - Default rate at 0.18% to date. As it seems there were 2 Defaults, one totally recovered.
In January I will get my first repayments, so then I can tell more about delays etc.

In January 6 payments were awaited and 6 were paid, great so far. I am progressing with my investments, but my portfolio is fully invested to date. I wrote my further experiences down in a new article: www.p2phero.com/2017/01/18/lendix-meine-ersten-rueckzahlungen-sind-eingetroffen-und-weitere-informationen/ (note: article is in german but with google translate activated / further: there are some referral links on my blog) Would be nice if anybody else could share his (and of course her ) view. I will try to answer questions if am able to. If not, they got a world class support team.

Readers might like to know that quite a lot of the site is in English (and the support people have decent English). There's a little flag near the top right.
I've managed just one investment on Lendix, not exactly an SME to my mind 50+M turnover. Interest rates are 5-10% range, I've never seen security offered. There are some funds which invest in multiple loans but I wouldn't bother there aren't sufficient to make it worthwhile. There is no published q&a (but emails to lendix do elicit reasonable replies). Luckily CROWNLENDING.FR has an excellent pan platform discussion forum.

First two spanish loans were funded this week. Italians to come over the next months.
I decided to stay away from spanish and italian loans in the beginning.

The pace of new projects this year is very slow (ok, better to have few good projects then ...). I had expected to have invested in 25 projects in February the latest. Now standing at 22.
The interest rates seem to be lower as well. I didn't see a 9er in the last weeks (except spanish loans).
Something really nice: all repayments are on track, I have 0 lates. Hopefully this stays that way. Looking at their stats, the probability is high it will remain this way.

As of today I can say that 33 of 33 projects are current. Deal flow seems good, but delays have risen according to the total portfolio. Need to have an eye on that.

After 9 months at Lendix I have now accumulated 100 loans. All paying. But it is really a lengthy process to build a diversified portfolio with 3-4 loans per week. If a loan comes to the platform, very often, you have to react within 10 minutes to subscribe. But it's a nice platform; I like it.
