This is a copy of a borrower's excuse for not setting up a DD. Surely he should be awarded an Oscar . But even though he has set up a SO , payment was not received on time

Guys,
The only issue here is that I don’t like the way the DD appears on the bank account. I have therefore set up a standing order instead.
Nothing has changed in terms of my willingness to pay or anythign else for that matter.
The manual payment was made and the SO will cover all future payments, so there is no issue.
