You can add to your prefund during the prefund period as many times as you like provided you have un-allocated funds and you do not exceed the prefund limit. For example, I just added the £2 returned to me from the loans paid back this morning to my original £74 prefund for the bling. You can refund renewals? I am refering to COLBB00183 and COLBB00184 which were repaid this morning, and 'bling' is COLBB00417 which hadn't yet gone live at the time.

I noticed that the new pipeline loans which will renew tomorrow do not have pre-fund. Is it only some loans which will have pre-fund?

I noticed that the new pipeline loans which will renew tomorrow do not have pre-fund. Is it only some loans which will have pre-fund? They are all renewals. I think Gordon said they might consider prefund for these later, but it seems to me there is so little available that it wouldn't be worthwhile.

Hi ablender, At the moment we are only adding pre-funding to new loans, but we may add this to renewals with larger availability. Many thanks, Gordon

The arrival of pre-funding prompted me to make my first toe-in-water Collateral investment yesterday (account opened months back but, at the time, I didn't really fancy FFF battles for scraps). Pleased to say the process worked seamlessly; first cash transfer credited in minutes and the pre-funding process was a doddle. Well done, but I suspect you'll be hitting loan capacity issues pretty quickly now you've made it that easy for new lenders!

Just echoing SteveT, my first easy investment, using the prefunding after opening account months ago. Thanks

Many thanks,

Hi @new2p2p,
We're still testing to see if it's working better now.
Many thanks,

Thanks Gordon, 70% is close to the bone, haven't done my DD yet however hopefully the 70% is a "Real" and "Collateral" 70%, rather than a 70% from Those Who We All Know About And Avoid Like The Plague. MOD Note: was a reply to p2pindependentforum.com/post/175137/thread - moved out of that CO only thread - thanks.

ozboy, couldn't see the most recent sales prices for the two pipeline residential properties but both below recent sales in those roads, although our properties need doing up first, the 70%s at first blush do not appear unreasonable.

Thanks elliottm, it would be most unfortunate if Collateral succumbs to, and gets infected by, the raging "P2P Inflated MV and Deflated LTV" Disease endemic in many Other Platforms. In fact, if Collateral did contract such an awful disease methinks it would result almost certainly in Platform Death. Weather good there today eliottm? Nice & sunny here in Blighty

Hi ozboy, We only use independent RICS valuers for our property valuations. Many thanks, Gordon

With Respect Gordon, I think we both know that a RICS Report can often mean FA. Why not consider including some Bona Fide comparables? I know this is more work but IMHO would be better than many next to useless, completely inaccurate "RICS" Reports.
