About to go to 6.0%. Suspect this is due to people selling out.

Yes, I popped my current repayment pot across from "rolling" to 5 year (haven't done that since February) and chose 5.9% ... scooped up within a few minutes.
This won't last, I think, and my gradual withdrawal will continue when I can't get close to 4% on "rolling".

Where did the £400k of offers at 5.4% come from?

That's mostly last night's "Market Rate" reinvestments based on matches from yesterday.

Just before I got a match at 5.9% the other couple 5 year loans I've had for a while were repaid early, seems an odd coincidence.

i set mine at 5% automatically, thinking that no way it will get that high. got matched immediately and only logged on to RS today and found how high the 5 year rate has been.

6.1% empty - 6.2 % matching now. I wonder if Ratesetter will match all the lender money currently in the 5 year market if they need it to pay back lenders who want to sell out over this weekend...

I was hoping to withdraw a sum from the rolling market and put in the 5 year whilst rates are higher but It seems to be taking ages to repay ,3 hours so far. Any ideas why
