Mmmm, my fee-free 5 year sellout WOULD have attracted an 'exit fee' of 6.5% of what I cashed out (go figure!). People might like to consider and reconsider that before investing .. most of the 5 year loans were in years 2 or 3, and were at rates of 6-6.5%.

Yep, my fee would have been 5.5% at c6% rates, mainly 2013 loans by value with an uplift in 2016 to beat the ISA rush ( !).

Strange thing just happened. I attempted to put my repayments into 5 year at 6.0%. After clicking confirm I checked and found I had nothing in the Q for 5 year and nothing remaining in my holding account. Then I found I had the same amount had been matched and was awaiting "completion" at 4.1% in rolling!!!! But, there's a Q of about £1.3M waiting to get 4.1% in "rolling", so how have I jumped that? edit: my reinvestment settings are all direct to "holding account" so they can't be implicated. DUMBO OF THE DAY! I must have been on the rolling page when I put the 6% rate in. I've found it in the Q at £1.8M waiting to be matched not waiting to be formed. The 4.1% figure is the actual rate I'm on for all rolling investments. Doh!!!!!!!!!! I'll have another tablet.

Now down to £249.7k, and all from a single lender. Clearly institutional with that sort of amount, but why accept 5.3% when 6.0% or 6.1% has been attainable within the past 24 hours?

First time I have seen 6.1% for a while (23 Feb 17 @ 16:26)! How and where do you see the matched rates? I can click on view full market but that only gives me a live picture. It may be possible to download a spreadsheet of loans ... but I just noticed the 6.0% on the "Last matched rates" panel and saw the 6.1% in an email confirming a fully matched order at that rate. Regards, Mark

Really starting to look like the high-3s rolling has left us. 5yr still lurking in the doldrums, too.

But just 2 weeks later a few nibbles at my 5.8%ers - just waiting for the 5.9%ers to fly by end month...
