Thank you, elliottm. Good point and perhaps we will re-consider our initial thoughts. The other point is, as you might have noticed, that the questions are going to get asked anyway, so is it better to have them & the answers displayed on site for all lenders or on here/private email. The latter will probaby result in multiple similar questions for your support to handle and a restricted knowledge base amongst your lenders. Indeed, we're making changes to keep the Q&A open after loan completion.

I should add that the Q&A function changes, after a loan fully funded, will come in effect tomorrow.

I should add that the Q&A function changes, after a loan fully funded, will come in effect tomorrow. Might be worth providing some guidelines on permissable subjects and an indication of response time eg AC 3 days for a response, 5 days if they need to go to external source. PS nobody answered the Q on the current loan which is still relevant even though it has now funded (and quickly to)

The Q will be responded to once the function has been updated along with an general email.

@filipkaradaghi Out of interest how is the retained interest calculated?
On both this and the previous 19% loan, the sum quoted seems to be about £2k higher than the rate would seem to require, including the stated 1% LLI fee. Are there additional fees not itemised (valuation/legals) or is LLI fee more variable than indicated in the FAQ?

Hi ilmoro. Retained interest is calculated on the gross loan amount. The borrower servicing fee is deducted from each interest payment and is between 1-5% depending on each loan and how much time and effort we need to spend on assessing it. We have clearly missed updating the FAQ page and it will be done on Monday, thank you for noticing it.

Made a test withdrawal - very fast, so fast I cannot be sure exactly how long it took. Well done LLI.

@filipkaradaghi , would you consider adding a secondary market to the platform? I am invested with you at present, but in the absence of a secondary market my investments will be limited in comparison to what I would usually look to invest in an individual loan. For instance, the current loan which is on the platform for underwriting, if I had access to a secondary market I would have invested 3 to 4 times what I have done currently with a view to selling down part of my holding at a later date to invest in something else. While a platform is growing there will always be demand for access to a number of loans to allow new investors to diversify as they begin to invest with you later down the line, and having discussed this with several other investors, I feel a secondary market would see a lot more inflow of cash to the platform. Good morning, fp. We fully understand the issue and have made it our top development priority now that the flexible IFISA is in place. We estimate that the online secondary market will be in place April this year. In the meantime, we’d appreciate if you have any specific features and functions that you would like to see and we will consider including them as well. Hi Filip, Just really wondering if there has been any progress with the secondary market on the site?

Great news about the SM. Any more loans in the 'pipelinle'? Hi tarq. We have a number of loans that we are assessing, and have instructed valuations for two of them. The earliest we would make new loan(s) available for investment is likely to be next weekend.
