Afternoon, I am afraid that the refinance has not completed today. Based on the feedback above, we have decided to renew for a further 1 month and commit to buy any secondary market balances at midday each day until refinanced. Thank you for your support. Kind regards,
Ed A platform that is thoughtful, considerate & sensitive to lenders opinions - What a refreshing change, how much some other platforms could learn! - Happy Xmas to all the things.

Having just logged in to see that circa £700 only will be available, it seems people are welded to that 18% . I can't see MT owning much, if anything, by the time it redeems or 17th January comes around .

You're going to need vry fst fngrs at 4pm if you want to add a small top-up to anything you already hold!! I'm quite happy to continue holding it, along with everyone else, if Ed is equally happy to keep us updated with the ongoing soap opera / legal sob story...

Well, there'll be one less trying or adding to the server load here, with my internet taking nearly a minute to reload pages I wouldn't have a hope. Like all those others holding tight, I do already have quite a bit more than the limits up for grabs today though, so I'm sure I'll survive .

Yes - even if someone was successfully able to bid for both loans - which won't happen given the quantity on offer - we are only talking about a maximum total interest payment of £2.25 for the month..

If you hold more than the bid limit already upon renewal are you able to add to it a 4pm or would your bid be rejected because you have more than the limit?

Evening, You will be pleased (...or disappointed), to learn that loans MTAI607 & MTAI608 have just been repaid. Since it is late on in the day, I will set the repayment to happen first thing tomorrow morning so that you receive today's interest. Thank you to all who participated in this loan. Kind regards, Ed Actually pleased .... A certain empathy for the borrower if they have been mucked about re-financing this as you seemed to indicate earlier. Though yes, 18% was a nice little bonus if only for a short period.

Just noticed this loan is scheduled to end tomorrow, is that correct or a mistake as I thought it was supposed to last until 16th January.

markp2p , Ed just informed everyone on the forum here - about an hour ago. Loans can always pay back early - just more usual for them to run and run . In edit: or since I've just moved it out of the MT staff thread, also in the re-quote in what is now the post before yours!
