Iirc there has never been an occasion when a loan has not been renewed on its assigned date. Should you wish to transfer money in you might want to do so ealier than Christmas Day......we wouldn't want Ed or any other of The Things to spill Xmas Pud on the laptop

I shouldn't get unduly worried, given the sizes of those loans the maximum bid allocation will probably be about 4'6d, and that's on the total gallery, not each individual painting. 8>.

The maximum bids are actually set at £25, but whether there'll be enough available for you to get a whole one ...

More seriously, I doubt it'll even be worth looking at these unless you have extremely fast fingers.

I managed to get 3 out of the 4 I was aiming at - helped, I think, by my new Core i7 PC and a 200Mbit broadband ...
Just timed out on the 4th, but mopped up most of the recently returned interest I had sitting there.
Website performance was fine.
Now back to the Christmas festivities, I think ....

What an anticlimax. Have you nothing better to do? 739 of us all going for the same £1 bid availability was an equal mixture of avarice and pathetic But a lot of people wouldn't have had that much company this Christmas I didn't get the £1 but did secure £25 worth of cutting edge art though

Can't match your technology (200 MBit? .. I think my line is about 2% of that, on a good day) but two people, three PCs, and two tablets, conspired to match the outcome. Didn't have much un-invested interest sitting around though, so some more M Hall got swapped out instead (I've got plenty of property exposure, whereas the art is 'something different' .. I will be sad when it all redeems (but sadder if it doesn't)).
