Morning, We have one new loan going live this afternoon at 1pm. 1) Jewellery Grouped Asset Loan. Loan value of £210,000 (value £303,000) LTV 69.31% Loan Term - 6 months Bid limit £5,000 You can see these loan in Pipeline Loans.Many thanks, Gordon Do you not think the minimum bid is a bit high? as the last few of a similar amount has gone within the first hour.

Isn't £5k the maximum bid limit, not minimum. So anything up top £5k you can bid on that loan.

Slightly sideways - would Collateral Rep consider dropping the bid limit on small loan renewals, where availability is very limited, to say £20 to allow a few more to get bids in?

I would agree with the reduction of bid size where there is a very limited availability. I would propose 1% of available or £10 whichever is greater. With the £50 limits on the ones earlier it is only avaialble for less than 20 bidders and usually goes within milliseconds and it clogs your server.
Any thoughts anyone? Gordon?
