I can't find this one for sale and neither the adjacent plot which I note was bought for £250K in 2016. Have had an interesting quick read in the thread about this one - there are several people who were dubious about this one - let us hope their fears were unfounded

Well maybe it is sold...or maybe we are due an update ?
This one is starting to run seriously late and I make the overdue interest alone to be around £200K (taking 20% pa). Glad I am not in the third charge!

Just like we were told in April ... Does this mean the borrower has projects with FS other than Crewkerne? Select "All active and past loans" and sort by Last Updated. This borrower's loans have the same update today.

Not only does this borrower have other loans, but the adjacent development loan is dependent on this loan, because this loan provides access, it is effectively a ransom strip. In case of default it is possible that this loan is lumped together with the adjacent loan, and sold as a single development project. If there is a shortfall, both loans could take an equal hit and I'm not sure how FS will deal with that scenario.

Disappointingly no update on this one today. The previous one from three months ago stated:
30/07/2021 - Following the marketing of the property, several offers were received, the highest of which was £750,000. This offer was recommended for acceptance by the Receivers and the sale is proceeding.
Loan amount £227k; accrued lenders interest c. £88k

Bit of drop from the previously 'recommended for acceptance' figure of £750,000.
31/01/2022 - "The sale of the property by receivers completed on 24 November 2021 for the sum of £600,000, and funds have been received. These funds are held accordingly, and a breakdown of costs will be provided in due course."
And another loan added to the growing list of loans where the Administrators are unable (or unwilling) to distribute sums realised to Lenders.
