Nicky - in reply to yesterday's Firefox issues - all working fine today and noting some of the changes. E.g. loan info drops down rather than in a popup window which is good as the first thing I used to do was resize it to fill screen. Minor point but would be nice if Updates used same (larger) font size unless there's a specific need. Looking good so far anyway.

jackpease, Your wish is my command I've requested the email template be changed to a darker font. Would you be willing to be a guinea pig when I get it back, to confirm that it's improved sufficiently? englebert69, Thank you, really happy to hear you like it and great news that it's all working ok for you today. Good point re: the loan update font size - let me see what I can do on that. As promised, there were a number of fixes applied to the site last night, so I hope that for the majority of people, the issues have been resolved this morning (notwithstanding the style related ones). Could I ask if anyone is still experiencing issues with logging in/functionality?

Can you please increase the font size in the Q&A section?
I must say I find the values above the arrows in the Loan Exchange now impossible to read. And yes I have recently been to Specsavers and bought some new glasses at great expense!!

alison, I've just spoken to our Head of IT and we're going to increase the font size on all the text heavy boxes. Slightly harder to achieve on the columns with figures in as it messes with the page width, but I'll add that one into the 'to-do' list too. I'll let you know when the first stage is done and perhaps you could let me know if it's better. Thanks for the feedback - all useful stuff!

Oh, yes...I do have a gripe: When I add a rate prior to making a bid, that works. Then as soon as I want to bid (say) £30, I put the 3 in and immediately get told "less than minimum bid" with a X by it, and my cursor disappears and I have to replace it in the box to add the zero in 30. Will you pleas stop this happening until the full bid has been entered (if the bid remains too small). I see that has been fixed. The cursor reappears in the box automatically so that the amount can be completed. Ta!

oldgrumpy, You're welcome - glad it's fixed for you. alison, Font size increase on the Loan Details should be done now - could you have a look and see what you think?

I'm not sure which screens you have changed. The Q&As might be marginally better but they are still not an easy read. It's the feint fonts which add to the difficulty. I had better hope for short questions and short answers. The text above the arrows in the Loan Exchange page are still pretty unclear. However I now notice there are mouse-overs available for each line so that helps a lot. When choosing colour schemes etc you probably consider that around 8% of the male population is colour blind, though only a small % of females.

As soon as I put the first digit in the bid box the cursor vanishes and "less than minimum bid" appears. Why? (Note - see my screen shot in earlier post) Firefox edit: here's a screen shot again. Where has the cursor gone? I know very well that £1 is too little to bid, so why not let me finish putting £100 in before freezing the page? Edit Tuesday - I give up. It's working properly again now. back to sleep OG Attachments:

Although the graphics on the UI are streets ahead of the competition, and generally very useful and informative, I feel that the My Money pie chart should not really include future interest. I think it should only contain details of my money, and how it is apportioned at present, and it would be better not to include future interest based on assumptions of future repayments.

I quite like the future interest bar, but maybe the assumptions behind this should be caveated...

Nicky, something for wish list if not already there: would be nice if the My Loans page could be sorted by any column, e.g. Next Payment Date or Outstanding Amount, instead of just name (within category of course which may complicate doing it!)

Thanks all for the suggestions, I'll add them on the list for improvements. For those that don't know, we keep a list of improvements, suggestions etc that is continually added to. Each week they go through the list and prioritise the requests, so some you may see quickly - particularly if they are either a) very simple to execute or b) vital changes - and some get scheduled in to the general programming plan. Rome wasn't built in a day 'n' all that... So please do keep the suggestions coming, we really do value them and I can assure you that each and every one gets careful consideration. We build the platform to be the best we think it can be, but at the end of the day it's you guys who are using it every day, so your input is massively useful. I think we've lost count now of just how many improvements we've made, which have come directly from Lenders' suggestions.

nicky , have you seen this thread on the FC board concerning their decision to remove accrued interest from the displayed account total in the near future. Is this something that FK could adopt as well ? Of the various P2P/P2B platforms I have accounts with, I am only aware of yourselves and FC taking this approach, which will leave you sticking out like a sore thumb. Not a comfortable position with a regulators roving eye in the background.
