Well, that sucked. Seems like unless you can be free at 4p.m. you will never get anything except AE loans any more

Looks like MoneyThing mis-calculated the demand (again) since it is all gone inside 20 minutes. Hopefully another tranche will be along before long. Time for MoneyThing to slash rates to lenders!

At least there is grass growing on the roof for any passing sheep to enjoy. But what are all those shrubs lined up indoors? About 1/3 of the volume is taken up by two indoor gardens. (Effectively supersized conservatories.) great idea to regulate oxygen and carbon dioxide levels and help ensure the heat and light from the massive windiows are used effectivly. Wonder if its hydroponics t0 use waste, none sewer bound water, prior to storage for flushing toilets. Grow your own bananas, peaches and salad stuff all year round. Think of the savings on the Fortnum and Mason/ Harrods bills!

I didn't get in until 4.14pm, managed to grab the last bit available before I took my coat off.

Always like this. There's also the problem that the newer loans have lower bid limits than the loans that have repaid recently. There's a lot of money waiting to be invested.

Did anyone see if Broadoaks first loss i.e. the 5% funded before go live was visible on this loan? No one replied to my question above and I wasn't around for the rest of the afternoon after my question so was wondering if it was added later.

I can confirm the BPF 5% was funded at around half an hour before the loan went live. Regards, Ed

I don't know when exactly it was added but it was certainly before the auction began.

Are we missing a couple of valuation reports on this one looking at the updates? One from april and one just recently?
