The maintenance page has gone, and I can access the login page. However, the login page URL has changed to; collatertest1.co.uk/management/index.php/site_content/loginNote the test1 in this URL Not going to try to login in just in case my security details end up with the server update engineers... Any one else still unable to log in with collataraluk.com because I am still seeing the maintenance page, working OK with the above URL and my mobile on O2

Like sannytwist I am with Virgin, and can still only access the maintenance page. Control and F5 has no effect.

Think it's broke again...
Neither FF or IE will load the Collateral site, both give "There is a problem with this website’s security certificate. / Your connection is not secure" warnings.

I am having the same issue. Using Google Chrome with Talk Talk as my provider. Using the same URL as I always do: "https://www.collateraluk.com/". Control and F5 has no effect.

Still not working for me I get There is a problem with this website’s security certificate. If I ignore this it takes me to the maintenance page I would try the following. Reboot your router, reboot your pc, clear your browser cache. If still no joy try going to a command prompt and typing ipconfig /flushdns (assuming you are on a windows pc)

I have been able to connect and login without any problem since yesterday, but if I go to Fully Funded Loans, then click on a loan, a few seconds later Microsoft Security Essentials pops up and says it has blocked TrojanDownloader.js/Banload in my Firefox cache - this is repeatable. Using Win7. I seem to remember something similar happening after a website change a while back Collateral Rep.

Up and running again for me (Sky broadband) with no warnings on any pages so far... Guessing most investors that don't log in on the weekend will be none the wiser...

I'm sure when we used to change the IP of a machine at work, the network gods would temporarily reduce the time to live, down to an hour, two or three days days before the IP change so that when it does change, it is propagates through the DNS as quickly as possible rather than the more usual 24-48 hours. I'm not sure if this is an option available on the general internet. Looks like it was taken down to 4 hours, which should have been short enough: mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=a%3acollateraluk.com&run=toolpageTrouble is, it's down to individual DNS servers to actually clear out stale records and refresh them. I've been pretty disappointed with the general state of major ISP's DNS infrastructure.
