I think I might have seen someone else post a possible bug re this, but I can't find it now. I just tried to take a small amount (just under £20) out. Only the 2nd time I've tried a withdrawal from MT I think, but 2 things. 1, it does not seem to let me enter an amount, just listing the full balance, which is actually OK in this case, but 2, when you try to confirm, it just says 'not enough funds'. Presumably it thinks I'm asking for more than what is there, or perhaps it's a bogus error and there is a minimum withdrawal limit? I could not see one stated. If it is a rounding issue as I think I saw mentioned, it would be resolved if I could alter the value and request a penny less, but that option does not seem available. SophieThing, is this an issue, or am I doing somthing wrong? Thanks.

Is there a collective noun for a bunch of things on a flight to Rio?

I made a withdrawal this morning with no issues. Whilst I can't say if you are doing anything wrong, the form you describe does not sound quite like the MT withdrawal form. I'm not aware of any minimum limit for withdrawals. Perhaps drop them a line direct....
Is there a collective noun for a bunch of things on a flight to Rio? Would that be a "Buster"?

Perhaps I could ask you to call me at the office when you have a moment and we can go through it over the phone and see if we can identify the issue. The amount field on the withdrawal page should allow you to enter any amount up to your 'available balance'. Regards, Ed

You could try deleting your browser cache and refreshing the page.

OK, major egg on face. Please ignore. For some reason, my browser started putting my email address in the 'amount to withdraw' box, and since I glossed over the actual label, just assumed there should be the email address in there!

Is there a collective noun for a bunch of things on a flight to Rio? I've not heard the noun, but there is a "Doomsday" option, secretly known as the "Ronaldsway Sanction"

Mine does that too - I have to paste over it each time Interesting. I will ask The Shuang as to reasons that field might be attracting the browser's auto-populate for email addresses...

If it's any consolation that one also caught me out the first couple of times I tried

Evening,
We can confirm that the field is set with 'autocomplete = off', however it appears that the browsers are trying to be clever/helpful.
The Shuang is going to try implementing a solution later.
Regards,
Ed

Yep, always done it for me too, username in my case. (I like to be different) Isn’t that more an indication of how long you’ve been with MoneyThing? I believe once upon a time you could only login with your username, I still do, and indeed it was only last week that I decided to try logging in with my email instead – it worked . No autopopulates for me I tend to have all that kind of stuff turned off.
