Hi all a couple of questions from a newbe to MT I am familiar with SS.
1. Can you have more than one bank account to transfer money to ie take funds out of MT. 2. As yet I have not deposited any funds and I cant see any secondary market. Is that because I have no funds deposited?
I appreciate this may be covered in a thread somewhere on the forum but cant see it.

1. I'm sure you could deposit from more than one bank, just use the correct reference and fill out the notification screen. I've never withdrawn anything so not sure about that. 2. Secondary market is listed with the main market but people rarely sell. If you cannot see anything there's nothing available. The day a new loan is going live is when most parts are listed for sale.

1 you can deposit from a 2nd bank account using your own ref, presumably some validation for withdrawing to multiple accounts.
2 Available loans combine PM & SM, latter coloured blue/green.

Not sure about the bank accounts, 'cause the reference actually contains digits from your bank account number, so you might need some kind of account verification first! Contact MT on support @ moneything.com or 0800 066 3344, they are very helpful and I’m sure you’ll get a swift response. You probably can't see the SM 'cause there's usually nothing on it, as others have said when there is something available yellow shaded availability indicates PM, green SM. You'll still see availability but wouldn't be able to buy unless you have funds already in your account. No INLP here.

You can only withdraw to your registered bank account as there is no way of changing the bank details on the withdrawal screen.

Account number and payee reference are linked.
When I changed the registered bank account on MT the reference changed too, which then needed to change in your banks payee details.

I understand the payment reference may derive from your registered bank account but I have subsequently used it paying from more than one bank account as my main account has FPS daily limit of 10k.
MT confirmed I would need to request a change of my designated account but could pay in using the ref from another account ie they reconcile deposits by the payment reference only.

New to MT and p2p bidding in general. I see there is ... Further £302,003 drawdown against M********* H*** development coming up tomorrow. I already have funds available to bid but I see there is £600 limit.
If I bid for £600 now much I am I likely to get ? How quickly is this likely to fill, will it last the first 24 hours ? Have there ever been any losses on MT ?
Thanks in advance, going up a steep learning curve here !

You can't bid in advance, only from 4pm Monday
It's very likely to last into the second 24 hours, given the low bid limit
No losses as yet on MT

Well I just copied and pasted what was already on the MT site. I see someone has already modified my post here in exactly the way you suggested, but the later quotes still have my original entry.I'm still learning the ropes here so is it against the rules to identify the loan in this way ? I just thought the rules were against being able to identify the posters here ?

As others have said, you are likely to get your £600 and don't forget that: So (up to) £600 after 4pm on Monday and then (up to) another £600 after 4pm on Tuesday and then a free-for-all from 4pm Wednesday. Personally I already have enough of this development so wont be taking anything from this tranche. I'd imagine there'll be plenty of others in the same boat, so it may well go into a third day and beyond. So is it really this easy to get money into MT ? I got the impression that some people here were trying to get as much as they can into MT, so do people eventually find that they have as much as they want ? The perspective on MT here seems to be that it's easy money at around 12% with little risk attached. If this is true why bother with all the other sites which are only offering only around 6% and where it can take ages to get your money in ?

See Forum rulesIn particular :- DO NOT post information, links, attachments, images or any material that allows a borrower, their companies or their assets to be identified, either directly or indirectly. Anyone registered with the platform will know which loan you are referring to from the obscured text.
