Did anybody else notice a strange delay this morning, I refreshed a couple of times at 2s past and 15s past and there was no invest box, then again at 30s past and there was. I got invested ok, nowhere near last, so I think the delay was universal. Collateral Rep is this an automated process to an internet clock, or somebody pushing a button ?

Like treacle for me too today. Only the last dregs left when I eventually got my bid in and that was gone when I adjusted my request.
I am really hoping there will be some more new bling on offer soon (not interested in property here) else I will have to start withdrawing repayments and interest.

Thanks for the quick reply, maybe it's just me (I didn't wake up until quarter to 9). Let's see if anybody else noticed a glitch. Edit: Crossed with n

Edit: Crossed with n Refreshed twice right after 9:00...no invest box, no availability. Didn't refresh again because I thought it had been fully funded, though £800+ availability doesn't usually disappear THAT quickly.

n - it wasn't the slowness I found strange, that's to be expected to some extent with everybody refreshing at 9am, it was the fact that a refresh I started at 15s past returned with no invest box a few seconds later. I did use Ctrl-F5 which I understand avoids any caching.

Seemed same as normal to me. Latency always increases immediately around the allotted hour, whether that is 09.00 or 10.00 as a number of people start rapid refreshing.... Not sure it is really worth the effort for £25 though. If there are a number of loans renewing I never seem to be able to get a bite of more than one before they have all gone...

I did use Ctrl-F5 which I understand avoids any caching. I refreshed at 9:00 exactly and it took a long time, and nothing was there. Refreshed again, the loan was there, bid 25, only 5.xx left, bid 5.xx, already gone. So yes, I agree, the loan did not appear at 9:00 exactly.

Strange events here too. First refresh at a few seconds past the hour, no invest box. Second refresh, showing 184% (I think) funded and no invest box. Invest box appeared on third refresh. Looked to me as though the rollovers were being allocated before the repayments, percentage-wise, and I got a snapshot view part way through.
And no, I haven't go a screenshot.

I wasn't suggesting as a consolation - I would like to build more of a loan base too - just saying it didn't seem any different to other renewals to me.

Same again for me, with Firefox not Chrome this time so not the browser. The first two refreshes had no invest box, the third took over a minute to do by which time there was nothing left. I reckon the server is being totally overwhelmed by the access requests at 9am which is causing tons of latency and some strange glitches like I (and others) are seeing. Collateral Rep - I think somebody needs to analyse the server access logs to see what's going on and whether some more server capacity is needed.
