I'm sure I'm going to feel very stupid shortly but I appear to have duplicate repayments for this. As far as I'm aware I had £x with Fund Id y in BB00221 but have had repayment of £x for Fund Id y and then another the same. Is it just me?

Yes, I got interest paid for 2 parts of BB00220 as expected, but only 1 part was repaid and renewed. The other part seems to have disappeared and I am £30 down from what I should be 😢

Many thanks, Gordon My total loans funded banner shows the correct amount but the Amount showing the total of all loans on the My Loans page is £30 less. It needs a £30 entry for BB00452 adding.

Missing renewal corrected, all looks as it should now.
Correcting the accounts is part of the solution. Has the actual software bug been found/fixed which caused the problem in the first place or is this likely to occur again at future renewals?

I now have the missing loan part but somehow my 'account balance' (money deposited + interest) and hence 'available funds' have been reduced to pay for it, so I've paid twice and have a misleading 'account balance'.

Hi Collateral RepAll looks OK now. Transaction history for yesterday has been corrected, I have the rollover loan part bought at par and my account totals match my spready (which is of course correct, probably). Let this be a lesson to anyone who doesn't check their investments! |
