Using Chrome, - Select Proplend Loan Exchange
- On first loan, click View Loan
- Click Invest and note details such as Amount Available
- Cancel out of the dialogue
- Click on Proplend Loan Exchange link again
- On second loan, click View Loan
- Click Invest and note that the dialogue is showing details of the first loan.
This bug means that a user could inadvertently invest in the wrong loan without realising - I just tried it based on the fact that I wanted a bit of each loan anyway! It would also be useful to display the loan name on the pop-up to reduce the chance of a user investing in the wrong loan.
Workaround, and most likely the way the screen is meant to be used, is to select the next loan from drop-down list, which works fine. Would be advisable to get this fixed quickly though.

Another minor issue.
I received this spurious Purchase Confirmation from Proplend Loan Exchange email in amongst the legitimate ones:
This may have been because the page became unresponsive after I clicked to confirm an investment and so I clicked again.

Thanks for responding so quickly via the forum. I would have contacted Proplend directly if you hadn't responded within a reasonable timeframe, and will do so if an issue comes up going forward.
I would like to add that, apart from this issue, your platform seems straightforward in use and the investments on offer look quite attractive.

Sorry you've been having problems but glad you've managed to invest as planned. I thought you probably would have been in touch direct if you hadn't been able to achieve what you'd wanted online.

Once again, thank you for bringing this to our attention. You're right, our expectation was that PLE users would select the next loan from the drop-down list, but we have now addressed your scenario too.
With regard to the confirmation email with a zero value you received - all zero value confirmations will be suppressed within the next couple of hours to avoid any potential confusion.
