Morning,
Some of you may have noticed that there is just over £100k available at 4pm today from the rollover of the £373,500 Luton loan.
This is a lot higher than we would normally expect, partly I think down to the rollover button not being made available until quite recently.
We have currently set the bid limit to £25 for 24hrs only. Since this is a small amount, the likelihood is that the FFF scrum will just be pushed out to 4pm tomorrow.
My question is, would lenders mind if we raised the bid limit to £150 per 24hrs (for 48hrs)? Ordinarily we would not usually amend the bid limit on the day of going live, however I would rather avoid the FFF if possible.
If the consensus is to raise it then we will notify all lenders at 11.30 today.
Many thanks,
Ed

Makes sense to me. I don't really see any downside.

I probably wouldn't have bothered with either the £25 or the ensuing scrum 24 hrs later, so I'm all for the amendment (24hrs x 2). Good thinking Ed

This loan states it has an LTV of 69.2% yet the loan is for 373,500 with a stated asset value of 975,000. One or other of these numbers surely must be wrong??? MoneyThing

From the loan particulars:
The total loan amount is £710,569, with £373,500 being available to MoneyThing lenders and the remainder funded by B****** other funding partners.

Many thanks, Ed If I'm not mistaken, the 'complaints' on last minute changes to bid limit are normally when they are revised down (e.g. because people may have moved money on/freed up in anticipation of the higher limit) rather than when they are revised up.

Yep, 'up' won't cause problems, given MTs ability to get new funds moved in within minutes (usually). Go for it!
